Training Times at Eimeo Beach Women and Juniors: Train Monday and Wednesday on the water by 5:30pm Saturday times advised on Wednesday Men: Train Tuesday and Thursday on the water by 5:45pm Sunday on the water by 3pm All club members MUST arrive half an hour early to assist with preparation of canoes and equipment and to finalize numbers for the session-priority of placement in canoes will be given to those who arrive at the beach on time. A briefing for the session will be undertaken before the session commences. Please notify your coach of you are unable to attend training, may be late for the session or are not attending a regatta. Please be sure to notify the coach of any medical issues before the session commences to ensure correct procedures are undertaken. Wind conditions to be noted prior to session. |
